     and digital transformation. The tasks were allocated to ensure efficient, effective,

     and professional implementation of the project, leveraging the diverse strengths of each partner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

University of Antwerp

The University, founded in 2003, is a public institution that prioritises five key educational goals, namely the education-research combination, internationalisation, competence-focused learning, activating students, and fostering entrepreneurship. These priorities align with its overarching commitment to research and innovation, as evidenced by an impressive output of 4,420 scientific publications annually and an average of 280 PhD defences each year. In addition to its broad academic and student-focused initiatives, the University houses several Centres of Excellence and specialised research groups.
Role in the project: co-leader in WP4, focusing on developing the Guidelines and assessing their effectiveness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid

The University was established by an Act of the Spanish Parliament on 5 May 1989. From the outset, it was intended to be a relatively small, innovative public university, providing teaching of the highest quality and focusing primarily on research. Its mission is to contribute to the improvement of society through teaching of the highest quality and cutting-edge research in line with stringent international guidelines. The University aspires to excellence in all its activities, aiming to become one of the top universities in Europe.
Role in the project: leader in WP2, focusing on designing and testing TEACHING Use Cases for empowering HE professors to master AI-based solutions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Euphoria Net

It is an Italian SME established in 2019 as an evolution of Euphoria Association (founded in 2014). It has deep expertise in project management (small and big size, national and international projects), training, and communication strategies focused on the educational sector. Specialising in all aspects of international projects—from planning and proposal writing to implementation, dissemination, and reporting—Euphoria Net delivers high-quality, tailored outputs that meet diverse project needs.
Role in the project: leader in  A3 (Process Quality and Monitoring), ensuring high project standards. Co-leader in WP5, jointly with YERUN, ensuring a cohesive strategy for communication, dissemination, and exploitation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

University of Konstanz

The University, founded in 1966 as a reform university, excels in research, teaching, and internationalisation, with a strong interdisciplinary focus. Recognised as one of Germany’s eleven Universities of Excellence, it has consistently succeeded in all funding lines of the German Excellence Initiative and Strategy since 2007.
Role in the project: Leader in WP4 on evaluating the implications of the use of GenAI in education.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Maastricht University

It is a young, interdisciplinary and socially engaged university. Despite its relatively recent establishment, it has already built a strong reputation through its excellent research and education, and by connecting science with regional, European and global challenges. The university is a leading institution in the Euregion, making its mark through innovative Problem-Based Learning and high-quality, socially relevant research. 
Role in the project: leader in WP3, focusing on developing, testing, and refining AI-driven TUTORING Use Cases.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Universidade Nova de Lisboa

The University is a decentralised Higher Education Institution that has its nine Schools scattered throughout the Great Lisbon Area. NOVA School of Science and Technology (NOVA FCT) is one of the schools and is structured into 13 Departments and 16 Research Centres. It has one of the best university campuses and is distinguished by a culture of excellent teacher-student relationships and an intense academic life.
Role in the project: co-leader in WP3, focusing on designing the structure of the Use Case Cards and developing a standard format for internal training workshops on GenAI for tutoring.

 

 

 

 

 

 

University of South-Northern Norway

The University is a public dynamic institution that plays a vital role in education, research, and innovation in the south-eastern region of Norway. USN is Norway’s fourth-largest university. It is located across three Norwegian counties, with eight campuses which is specialised in certain fields of study and research, contributing to the overall diversity and expertise of the university. These locations enable the university to make higher education and research more readily accessible to Norwegians, as well as international students.
Role in the project: Leader A5 (Sustainability & Green Practices) to ensure that ATLAS incorporates eco-friendly project management and green practices during all activities. Co-leader in WP2, focusing on the Use Cases design.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tallinn University

It is the third largest public university in Estonia. TLU, founded in 2005, is an innovative and academically enriching university. It is acknowledged both locally and internationally for its role as a centre for science and education. TLU is one of the fastest-growing universities in Estonia. It incorporates 6 institutes and 1 college in which study and research are conducted in five interdisciplinary focus fields: educational innovation, digital and media culture, cultural competencies, healthy and sustainable lifestyle and society and open governance
Role in the project: Co-leader in WP2, mainly gathering experimental evidence and designing the internal workshops.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tor Vergata University of Rome

The University was established in 1982 and is based on a campus model spanning 600 hectares, and hosts important research institutions. It is committed to being an open space for developing advanced and high-quality knowledge, promoting lifelong learning and training for youngsters and adults, and conceiving and experimenting with innovative solutions, thereby achieving sustainable development.
Role in the project: Project Coordinator - leader in WP1-A1. Co-leader in  WP3 (design of the Use Cases and their presentation in the internal workshops) and in WP4 (focusing on the applicability of GenAI Guidelines to microcredentials courses).

 

 

 

 

 

 

YERUN

The Young European Research University Network is an international non-profit organisation comprising 25 young research universities across Europe. YERUN’s mission is to strengthen and facilitate cooperation in scientific research, academic education, and societal engagement. YERUN universities share a dynamic and interdisciplinary ethos, underpinned by flexible structures that enable innovation across research, education, and management activities.
Role in the project: Leader of WP5 (dissemination & stakeholder engagement), ensuring broad outreach, policy impact, and stakeholder endorsement.
